It is important to log out DIALOG@Site when you're finished searching so that licenses are freed up for other users. All searches performed will be erased from the Search History box when you log out. To log out:
Note: If your Administrator has set a time-out on the database, this means that an idle user will automatically be logged out after a set amount of time. If you want to reuse a search strategy, you must save it and give it a name before you log out (or in case of time-out). If you do not log out in the correct way, or if you are timed out, you can reclaim your session. If you log in under a different username, perhaps because of a typing error, you will not be able to access the search strategies. Furthermore, if you create and save a search strategy using one database, it may not be relevant for a different database. Next: Getting Help |
